The client commissioned four luxury villas on a coastal plot in Limbe, with a brief to maximise ocean views while engineering structures capable of withstanding the humidity, salt air, and wind loads of the Atlantic coastline.
Each villa was designed with floor-to-ceiling glazing on the ocean-facing elevation, covered terraces on both levels, and interiors finished in natural stone, timber, and marine-grade stainless steel. Orientation was optimised for views and natural ventilation.
Specialist coastal engineering was applied throughout — including elevated slab foundations, reinforced concrete with marine-grade additives, and corrosion-resistant fixings at every junction.
All four villas were delivered simultaneously in 20 months. Three are owner-occupied and one operates as a premium short-stay rental.
