Bonapriso Luxury Residence

The client came to us with a clear vision: a modern 5-bedroom family home in Bonapriso that would reflect their success, serve three generations, and stand apart from every other house on the street. We delivered exactly that.

The design centers on a bold classical facade with contemporary detailing — white rendered walls, full-height columns, and deep cantilevered overhangs that shade the terrace from Douala's intense afternoon sun. The interior layout was designed around family life: a double-volume salon, a semi-open kitchen with a central island, and four bedroom suites on the upper level.

Smart home integration includes climate control, automated security gates, CCTV, and central sound across all living areas. Every material was selected for quality and ease of maintenance in the humid coastal climate.

Construction was completed in 14 months — on schedule and within the agreed budget. This project remains one of our most visited residences for new clients exploring our work.
